Super Mario Odyssey S$68.90!?

This is one of the must-have games for Nintendo Switch!
In this post, I'll share with you how to get the cheapest price for this game.
If you don't know what this game is about, watch the trailer below:

PHYSICAL CARTRIDGE:

Currently, the local retailers sell Super Mario Odyssey for about $75.90-99.90. If you want the cheapest deal, my suggestion is to buy it from online. I usually compare the following shopping applications: Lazada, Shopee, and Qoo10.

Lazada used to sell Super Mario Odyssey for $64.90, but such a good deal is no longer available. I hesitated and missed out on this good deal. Now, the price went back up to about $69 and above. It fluctuates frequently, and so buyers should keep a look out.

Shopee has the cheapest price as of now, $68.90. This application has a coin system. By buying this game, you can earn about 68 coins which can be used to reduce the total bill of the next purchase.

Alternatively, you can get second-hand physical copies from Carousell. The average pricing are about $70-80. I once saw $55 and $65, but it got sold out super fast.

DIGITAL COPY:

In U.S.A. eShop, the game cost US$59.99 (~S$80.63).
In Japan eShop, the game cost 6,458円 (~S$76.64).

I doubt this game will ever go on sales in the eShop, because it is just too popular. After writing so much, I confessed that I bought a digital copy of Super Mario Odyssey even though it is not the cheapest. I know that I will play this game frequently, and it is a hassle to change cartridge all the time. So, I decided to go digital for this game.

Anyway, I bought the downloadable copy from Amazon Japan. It is cheaper than the pricing in the eShop. I bought it at 5,812 (S$70.04 was deducted from my bank). The code was given to me via e-mail and I redeemed it in the Japan eShop. For more information on how to use Amazon Japan, you can check out this guide by Nintendo Soup

Pricing may not be accurate due to fluctuation.
